The delivery took over a week but the staff were very apologetic and couldn’t do enough for me when I chased it up. I had my rope in less than 24 hours after I contacted them. Staff were very friendly, and despite the minor mishap I’d use the rope warehouse again.
Unfortunately I mistook the directions for measurement! I needed a rope of 11 metres long and an inch thick but confused the latter with centimetres! The thin rope was delightful but won't do the job................never mind.
