Delivered on time and just what I needed
Customer service was excellent, Rope is good quality, very pleased
Excellent service. Easy to use website. Well packaged product and prompt delivery. Thank you.
Lovely colour nice and heavy but could have been packaged better for transport it was only in a plastic bag and the rope was coming through rips which had obviously been caused during its journey!
Delay due to stock shortages but once reminded sent within further delay
Excellent product and customer service. Superb and fast delivery. Would genuinely recommended this company.
My order arrived faster than I expected and the rope looks lovely and is excellent quality . I haven’t fitted it yet - it’s for my deck handrail .
Exactly as described. Speedy delivery
Ordered 25m of 36mm synthetic rope for a rose support. Delivered in super quick time and perf3ct for 5he job
The delivery took over a week but the staff were very apologetic and couldn’t do enough for me when I chased it up. I had my rope in less than 24 hours after I contacted them. Staff were very friendly, and despite the minor mishap I’d use the rope warehouse again.
Unfortunately I mistook the directions for measurement! I needed a rope of 11 metres long and an inch thick but confused the latter with centimetres! The thin rope was delightful but won't do the job................never mind.
Delivered on time

Fast efficient service
Ordered Sunday afternoon; order acknowledged Monday morning; dispatched 3 hours later and received the next morning. About 40 hours start to finish. GREAT
Website easy to use, lots of emails confirming order, delivery etc. Product arrived very quickly. Would use again.
I was contacted prior to delivery to ensure that I get the correct order. Happy to say that the item arrived on time and was of good quality!
Great looking and well finished rope. It will look great on our garden show piece. Thank you.
I had a call from them before my order was processed as I’d made a mistake on the online form. There are a few (large) companies out there that wouldn’t have bothered so top marks for good, old-fashioned customer service.
