All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order please check the items as soon as possible. If the item is damaged or not as per your original order please contact us within 7 days on 01326 375 482 or sales@ropewarehouse.co.uk.
We can accept back unused, cut rope providing it is more than 10m in length. There will however be a restocking fee of 25% - this will be taken at the time of raising the refund.
Please do not return an order to us without contacting us first.
Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs when you return an item to us unless the item is faulty.
Bespoke Rope & Wire Products
We are sorry but we are unable to accept back bespoke rope and wire work that has been made specifically for you.
