Kingfisher Braid on Braid Polyester Melange is a tough, dependable rope designed for everyday lifting, lashing, hauling, and general-purpose use. Constructed in a classic braid-on-braid polyester build, it offers excellent handling, strong abrasion resistance, and reliable performance in a wide range of conditions.
The Kingfisher heat set Braid on Braid Polyester is an ideal cruising rope. It's easy on the hands and simple to splice. Braid on Braid has a low stretch braided Polyester core with an abrasion resistant braided Polyester cover.
After braiding, the rope is heat set under load to reduce stretch. It is ideal for sheets, halyards, control lines and many general purpose applications. Supplied as a convenient 100m or 200m coil for easy storage, transport, and site use.

Polyester has a specific gravity of 1.38 which means it will not float. It also has no strength loss when wet, is nicely flexible and has a good abrasion resistance.
Polyester fibres also have good resistance to chemicals and have a melting point of 295°C.
Lead Times
We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible. Lead-in time for standard rope or wire products is 1-2 days, for bespoke rope or wire with splicing, heatshrink or whipping the lead-in time is 3-5 days.

All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order please check the items as soon as possible. If the item is damaged or not as per your original order please contact us within 7 days on 01326 375 482 or sales@ropewarehouse.co.uk.
We can accept back unused, cut rope providing it is more than 10m in length. There will however be a restocking fee of 25% - this will be taken at the time of raising the refund.
Please do not return an order to us without contacting us first.
Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs when you return an item to us unless the item is faulty.

We are sorry but we are unable to accept back bespoke rope and wire work that has been made specifically for you.
